Our Mission
Let's face it. Nursing school is hard, but it's not impossible. When you have the right systems and support in place, you can achieve your goal of becoming a nurse. Lamp and Light Fellowship of Nurses is here to help you, our future nurses, along the way. The company was created to equip tomorrow's aspiring nurses by offering them the educational support they need in order to transition from nursing student to professional nurse. We do this by offering an array of products and services ranging from assignment trackers and nursing worksheets to 1:1 tutoring and nursing student consultations. In order to prepare you for success in the workplace, we also offer resume' proofreading services and 1:1 mock interviews. Also, for the practicing nurses, we offer nursing consultations. We stand firm by our motto "Equipping nurses and changing lives."
Meet the Founder

Francheska, or Nurse Fran, is a native of Louisiana and has been in the medical profession for over 15 years. In 2008, she received her B.S.N. and worked as a medical-surgical nurse for many years. In 2014, she became a family nurse practitioner and has worked as a home health assessment NP, a primary care provider, and a stroke nurse practitioner. She finds joy in forming relationships with her patients and educating them on their disease process, all while encouraging them to adopt lifestyle changes conducive to optimal health functioning.
Francheska not only loves to encourage her patients, but she also loves to encourage those in the medical profession to go higher by pursuing their desire for higher education. She has served as a preceptor for family nurse practitioner students and new nurses.
In her spare time, she loves to read, cook, and spend time with her family. She also loves to study and teach the word of Yahuah. She regularly serves in ministry and loves to impart Biblical wisdom into children and those to whom the Yahuah allows her to minister. One of the Bible verses that has helped her to persevere is "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me"
(Phil 4:13).
She is looking forward to working with you and encouraging you on your journey of becoming a nurse.
